We make things simple and fair. Here’s how it works.
When you start working with QRaway, you enter into a standard Service Agreement.
But we know that not every business operates the same way — some are just starting out, others are scaling fast. So we offer two ways to pay, depending on what works best for you.
✅ One Agreement — Two Payment Modes
There’s only one agreement. Same terms. Same service.
You just choose how you want to pay.
You can:

💳 Pay once per year — just one invoice, no more billing until next year

🔄 Pay quarterly — every 3 months, which helps manage early-stage budgets
You get the exact same service either way.
There’s no markup or penalty for choosing quarterly.
⚒️ What about the development fee?
Before your storefront is live, there’s usually a one-time development fee — for example, $999 — depending on the scope.
That’s a separate part of the project and is paid before your service plan even begins.

🚀 Then you start paying for service only once you're live
You do not pay hosting or plan fees while we’re still building your storefront.
📆 When does billing start?
Here’s the key point:
Your hosting plan (annual or quarterly) starts only after development is complete.
Let’s say your contract is signed on February 5, 2025,
but your store goes live on March 1, 2025.
→ That’s the real start of your billing cycle.
🧾 Payment timelines
If you're on the Quarterly Plan:

First service installment: due ~2 months after launch
(e.g. May 5, 2025) — covers 3 months -
Second installment: due August 5, 2025

Third installment: due November 5, 2025

Then the cycle repeats every 3 months
Each invoice is issued 7 days in advance, with a 2-day grace period after the due date — just in case.
If you're on the Annual Plan:

One payment after launch — covers 12 full months

No more invoices during the year

We’ll remind you when it’s time to renew

🛑 What if I miss a payment?
If a quarterly or annual payment isn’t received by the due date (plus 2-day grace period),
the system will automatically suspend your storefront.
You’ll get reminders ahead of time — but the system runs independently.
No surprises. No human judgment.
