From a Formula 1 database to global fintech partnerships

QRaway’s story spans over 25 years of building, scaling, and reinventing digital platforms.
What started as a single motorsport database in 1999 became a journey through forums, e-commerce, affiliate networks, and enterprise systems — all leading to today’s partnerships with PayPal and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Early years: building the foundation (1999–2005)

The very first project was not a fan blog or a forum, but a Formula 1 database.
Every driver, every team, every result was entered line by line, creating one of the most complete motorsport datasets of its time.

Around this core database, a full ecosystem grew:

By 2005, the studio had a name: Deridex.
