Each "Digital Space" serves as a modular environment, equipped with various integrated features tailored to different business needs. This document outlines the three main types of Digital Spaces and the specific features offered by the QRaway platform.

1. Basic Space (Free)

The Basic Space is a free entry-level version that functions as both a digital business card and an affiliate module. This space is optimized for mobile devices and allows users to create a simple, effective online presence.

Included Features:

• Business Card Website: A simple webpage with a unique QR code linked to a subdomain (e.g., "yourname.qraway.ca").
• Branding Options: Upload avatars, backgrounds, logos, and customize the look and feel of the space and card.
• Content Pages & Categories: Create up to 20 content pages or categories with sub-pages for additional information.
• Social Media and Links: Unlimited links to social media profiles and internal/external webpages.
• Mini-Bio and About Section: Information sections to present a brief biography or company description.
• Photo Grid: Display up to 12 images in a grid format.
• FAQ Module: A built-in module for frequently asked questions.
• Map and Contact Information: Display business address, contact details, and location on a map.

This space also serves as the default option for affiliates.

2. Business Space (Paid)

The Business Space is an advanced, paid version that offers expanded features for businesses looking for more flexibility and customization.

Included Features:

• Integration of Basic Space: The Basic Space features are included as a submodule.
• Customizable Digital Portfolio: Build a digital portfolio with the ability to add subspaces and upload videos.
• Custom Domains: Use custom domain names (e.g., "yourname.com") in addition to the QRaway subdomains.
• CRM Integration: A customer relationship management tool to manage client data and interactions.
• Integrated Calendar: Connect your calendar to Google Meet or use it independently for scheduling.
• Service Listings and Payment Options: Create a list of offered services with integrated payment options.
• Data Collection Forms: Gather information like addresses and other user data through custom forms.
• SMS Notifications: Automatically send SMS notifications to users for updates or confirmations.
• Content Pages: Create an unlimited number of pages and subpages without restrictions.
• Photo Albums: Limited photo album support compared to the unlimited option in Digital Space.

3. Digital Space (Premium)

The Digital Space is the most advanced offering, designed for businesses that require a highly customizable and feature-rich environment.

Included Features:

• Library and Publishing System: Support for all modern content types, including blog posts, carousels, reels, videos, and audio podcasts.
• Digital Presentations and Menus: Create interactive presentations, video tours, and digital menus linked to QR codes.
• Photo Album Creation: Organize and display photo albums within the provided 250GB of cloud storage.
• Full Access to All Available Spaces: Owners of Digital Spaces can add subspaces and change the default landing page according to specific business needs.
• 250GB Cloud Storage: Store videos, podcasts, and other content with 250GB of secure cloud storage.
• Integration of Basic and Business Spaces: All features from the Basic and Business Spaces are included as submodules.

QR Codes and Link Shortener for Offline Integration

QRaway's integrated link shortener provides a unique advantage by allowing Digital Spaces (and any other links) to be connected directly to QR codes. This feature is not only embedded within the platform but also allows users to generate and print these QR codes for offline use.

Offline Advertising and Printed Materials:
QR codes can be placed on a variety of physical media, including business cards, brochures, posters, and even products. For example:

• In bars or cafes, QR codes can be printed on coasters or table stands, linking directly to promotions, menus, or reservation systems.
• Products like tools or gadgets can include QR codes on packaging, linking to detailed product pages or instructional videos within a dedicated Digital Space.
• Real estate agents can place QR codes on property listings, leading potential buyers to detailed video tours or photo albums of the properties.

Consistent Design:
QRaway allows users to print their Basic Space business card, and it will maintain the same design as it appears online, ensuring consistency between physical and digital representations. This seamless experience ensures that users landing on your space from a QR code encounter the same branding and structure as in printed materials. The platform will continue to expand with more template options to maintain this consistency.

Flexible URL Structures:
QR codes generated within QRaway can link to flexible URL structures. Businesses can choose to use either subdomains of QRaway (e.g., "yourname.qraway.ca") or fully custom domains (e.g., "yourname.com"). This feature allows businesses to maintain control over branding while providing a direct, user-friendly experience.

Scalable Offline Campaigns:
QR codes tied to Digital Spaces open up enormous possibilities for scalable offline advertising campaigns. Whether you want to advertise a product, service, or event, the QR codes provide a direct link to dynamic, up-to-date content that can be easily changed without needing to update the printed material. This ensures long-lasting and flexible campaigns, perfect for bars, restaurants, event venues, and even retail stores.

Spaces and Their Specific Features

1. The Flow:
   A post feed system that organizes posts into categories (streams) and individual entries (drops), supporting hashtags and scheduled posting. The system supports multi-domain setups, meaning users can manage multiple domains and publish from a single centralized library across any of their domains where The Flow module is installed.
2. The Tours:
   A video tour management system that allows users to embed video tours directly into their digital offerings.
3. The Gallery:
   Unlimited photo albums with no restrictions on the number of albums or images within the 250GB storage limit.
4. The Storefront:
   A mini e-commerce module for small-scale retail or craft businesses, providing a simple interface for product listings and sales.
5. The FAQ:
   A dedicated FAQ space that can be used as a standalone landing page to address common customer questions.
6. The Site:
   A traditional website structure with a homepage, multiple pages, and a contact form in the footer, providing a familiar web experience. The Site uses the same structure and pages as the Digital Space, maintaining consistency across modules.

Technical Infrastructure

QRaway Digital Spaces operates in the cloud, ensuring that all technical aspects, such as hosting, security, server management, and SEO compliance, are handled by the platform. This enterprise-level solution is regularly updated at the platform level (platform-wise), much like a mobile device's operating system, ensuring that QRaway always adheres to the latest industry standards.

Space Control Panel:
Designed to be user-friendly, the Space Control Panel is optimized for mobile devices and simplified for ease of use. Whether you are a tech-savvy user or not, the interface is accessible for users of all ages, including seniors and children.

Templating System

QRaway supports template customization, allowing users to apply different skins to their Digital Spaces. While this functionality is currently limited, it will expand as more template examples are developed.

Strict Template Guidelines:
Due to the platform-wide updates and the need for consistency, strict rules will be applied to user-created templates. This ensures that all templates adhere to the system's standards while allowing flexibility in design. Until further updates, the templating system remains limited as we develop standardized templates for each space type.
