Legion Transport (2005) was both a corporate website and a working CRM tool for drivers and managers, handling 120+ contracts and real-time logistics data.
In 2005, we developed the website for our own transport company, Legion.
While it served as a business card site for clients, its real power was inside: an online order and contract management system that became the company’s operational backbone.
🚚 Corporate website presenting services, pricing, and contacts.
📦 Internal CRM system to register and manage cargo transport orders.
📝 Detailed order data: dates, routes, cargo, client, driver.
👥 Multi-user access — managers could work simultaneously from different computers.
📊 Statistics and reporting for contracts, drivers, and orders.
💰 Driver-facing panel to track assignments and earnings.
🗂️ Fully integrated into our CMS, later merged into the core CRM system.
Legion Transport was more than just a business project — it was our first large-scale internal ERP/CRM platform.
By 2005, over 120 active contracts were being managed through the system, with drivers and managers relying on it daily.
This project blurred the line between a corporate website and a mission-critical business tool, laying the foundation for features that continue to live inside our CRM to this day.
👉 This was the first time our CMS evolved into a true CRM platform.
