From a client

In their own words

I had no website before. Now my site is the first thing I send a new client, and everyone I show it to loves it. It presents my work better than I can in a meeting, and it has already helped me win listings.

Your agents each have their own site, and the brokerage has none?

Buyers pick an agent. Agents pick a brokerage. Your site has to win both.

  • Agents scattered across platforms One home for the team
  • Recruiting by word of mouth only A page that recruits

New agent applied

Every agent, one roof

Each agent gets a page with a photo, the areas they work and their own call and text buttons. The brand stays yours.

The office's listings in one place

Homes for sale and homes you've sold, so a buyer sees the whole brokerage at work, not one agent at a time.

The markets you know

A page for each town or neighbourhood you cover, written the way your agents talk about it.

A page that recruits

Your split, your support, your training, and an application form. Agents who are shopping brokerages can read it before they call.

In a brokerage's year

Where a brokerage website actually helps

An agent is thinking of moving

They read your join page before they ever call

An agent at another office hears your name. Your site shows the split, the support and the people, and the application form is right there.

Open house weekend

A visitor finds the agent and the rest of your listings

The QR on the sign leads to the brokerage site: this home, the agent behind it and the other homes your office has on the market.

A past client comes back

They find the office even when their agent moved on

Agents come and go. The brokerage site keeps your clients in your office, with every agent one tap away.

Agents, listings and markets

What should a real estate brokerage's website show?

A brokerage has two kinds of visitors, and most brokerage sites only talk to one. Buyers and sellers want to see who works where and what's selling. Agents want to know what it's like to hang their licence with you. Your site speaks to both, on separate pages, in plain words.

Every agent gets a page with their photo, the areas they work, their recent sales and buttons to call, text or book a meeting. The look stays the brokerage's, so a buyer moving from one agent to another never feels they left your office.

Listings go up from the QRaway app in a few minutes, with photos and a short description. Sold homes stay up as proof of a busy office. The office page covers your market reports, your community work and why clients stay with you.

Recruiting is where most brokerage sites go quiet. Yours explains your split or fee model, the training and support, your tech and your office culture, with a short application that lands in your inbox. The right agent can apply at midnight without picking up the phone.

Your QR codes, included

Put your brokerage on every sign and card

Your site comes with 3 branded QR codes, ready for print. Point a phone camera at one and your page opens, no app needed.

How it works

Four steps. You only do the first and the last.

  1. Tell us about your business

Your office and brand, your agents with photos, the markets you cover and why agents join you.

    A few minutes
  2. We build your free draft

Written the way people search: "real estate brokerage Calgary", "homes for sale Airdrie". You get a link to open on your phone.

    About 3 days
  3. You look, we adjust

Something off? Point it out in plain words and we adjust the draft.

    Up to two rounds
  4. Say yes, or say no

Yes: you pay $299 a year and your site goes live. No: tell us why, and you pay nothing.

What brokers ask us

Can every agent have their own page?

Yes. Each agent gets a page with a photo, the areas they work, their listings and their own contact buttons, all under the brokerage's look.

Do listings come in from MLS automatically?

No. Listings are added from the QRaway app in a few minutes each, or send us your current ones and we put them in your draft.

Can the site help us recruit agents?

Yes. A join-our-team page explains your split, training and support, with an application form that reaches you by email.

Can each agent use their own QR code?

Yes. Each code can lead to a different agent's page, and you can see how often each one is scanned.

What if an agent leaves?

Their page comes down or points to the office, and their QR codes can be pointed somewhere else, so no sign or card goes dead.

What if a full website is more than I need right now?

Then start smaller. The Digital Business Card is a single page with your photo, call and save-contact buttons and a QR code, for $99 a year. When you want more, you move up to a full site.

Can you get me ranked first for "real estate brokerage near me"?

No one can promise a ranking, and we won't. What we do is build every page so search engines can clearly read what you do, your markets and how to reach you. Your Google listing and reviews do the rest.

What do I pay, and when?

Nothing for the draft. If you say yes, $299 a year from that day. A domain of your own (like yourbrokerage.com) is bought separately; everything else in the plan is included.

See your brokerage website before you pay anything.
