Websites and online booking for health practitioners and clinics

Patients check who you are before they book. We build a page with your services, your hours, your credentials and online booking, so they choose you with confidence. You see a free draft before you pay.

The short answer

What should a clinic or practitioner website show?

People looking for a chiropractor, a physio or a dentist are usually in some kind of discomfort, and they don't want to read much. They want to know whether you treat what they've got, who they'll be seeing, when you're open and how to get in. Your page answers that calmly, without making them dig.

Then it takes care of the details that stop people from booking. Do you direct-bill insurance? Is there parking? What happens at a first visit, and what should they bring? Saying it up front means fewer phone calls for your front desk and fewer nervous first-timers.

Your college or association has rules about advertising, and they matter. You tell us what you can and can't say, and we write inside them. No promises about results, ever.

Before we build it

What goes on your clinic page

Tell us about your practice and send a few photos of your space and your team. Here's what we'll ask about.

  1. What you treat

In patient words: "lower back pain", "sports injuries", "cleanings and fillings". Not a list of techniques.

  2. Who they'll see

Each practitioner with a photo, credentials and what they focus on.

  3. Registration

Your college or association, and your registration number where your rules ask for it.

  4. Insurance and billing

Whether you direct-bill, and which plans you work with if you know.

  5. A first visit

How long it takes, what to bring, what to wear. It calms people down.

  6. Hours, location and parking

Including accessibility. Is there an elevator? A ramp? Say it.

  7. A way to book

Online booking on the Business Showcase, or a request form on the Card. Bookings come to your email.

QR codes in the clinic

Where QR codes work for clinics

Every plan includes your QR code, ready to print. On the Business Showcase, add as many as you need and see which ones get scanned.

Where you already are

Your own page, or just Google and a booking portal?

Patients find clinics in a few places. Here's what each one gives them, and what's missing.

Google Business Profile

Good forShowing your hours and location on Maps, and collecting reviews.

Leaves outNo room to explain what you treat or who they'll see, and you can't control what appears beside you.

Booking portals and health directories

Good forLetting people find a free slot in a few taps.

Leaves outYou're one listing among many, often with a fee, and patients learn very little about you.

Your clinic group's website

Good forShowing you're part of a larger practice.

Leaves outYour page is one of many, and it goes away if you move on.

Where they all point

Your own page

What you treat, who they'll see, how billing works and a way to book, all in one calm place. Your Google profile and your front desk can both send people here.

Before you ask

What clinics and practitioners ask us

Can patients book online?

On the Business Showcase, yes. They pick a time and the booking comes to your email. On the Digital Business Card, they send a request and your front desk confirms it.

Should the form collect health information?

We keep forms to the basics: name, contact details and what they'd like to book. Health history belongs in your clinic's own records system, not in an email.

Can my page follow my college's advertising rules?

Tell us your rules and we write within them. We never promise results, and you approve every word before the page goes live.

Can I put something on the TV in our waiting room?

Yes. Video walls on any TV with a web browser are part of the Video Hub. Change what's on the screen from anywhere.

Can I share home exercise sheets or forms?

On the Video Hub you can put PDFs behind a short sign-up form, so patients get them by leaving an email. Ask us what fits your practice.

How much is it?
