Online booking, without the back-and-forth
Clients see what you offer and pick a time that suits them. Each booking comes to you by email, so you can confirm between jobs or clients. You choose what can be booked and when.
- Services and times you choose
- Bookings sent to your email
- A Book button on your page
How does online booking work on a small business page?
Instead of calling to find a time, your client opens your page, picks the service, picks a free time and leaves their details. You get the booking by email. That's it: no back-and-forth, no missed calls while you're with someone else.
It suits anyone who sells their time: stylists, trainers, therapists, consultants, tutors, photographers, a shop booking service slots. We set up what can be booked to match how you actually work.
Online booking comes with the Business Showcase. Already using a booking app you like? We can link your Book button to it instead, and your page does the explaining.
Online booking also makes you look established. A client who can book at 10 pm without calling feels looked after, and you wake up to a schedule instead of a voicemail.

Services, consultations, viewings, test drives. Name each one the way clients would.
How long each one takes
So nobody books a short slot for a two-hour job.
When you're available
Your working days and hours, and the times you keep for yourself.
What you need from the client
Name, phone, email, and maybe an address or a car model.
Your cancellation policy
Written on the page, so it's clear before anyone books.
Deposits
Want a deposit to cut no-shows? Payments through PayPal come with the Video Hub.
Where the booking link goes
Your page, your Instagram bio, your QR code, your email signature.
A note for first-timers
What to bring, where to park and how early to arrive. New clients read it right before they book.
Booking on your page, or somewhere else?
There's more than one way to fill a calendar. Here's what each one costs you.

Leaves outYou're listed next to everyone else, and many take a fee or a cut of each booking.

Questions about online booking
How will I know about a new booking?
By email, as soon as it's made.
Can clients book from Instagram?
Yes. Put your page link in your bio, and the Book button is one tap away.
Can I take a deposit when someone books?
Payments and deposits through PayPal are part of the Video Hub.
I already use a booking app. Do I have to switch?
No. We can point your Book button at the app you use now.
Is booking on the $99 card?
No. The Digital Business Card has a request form instead: clients ask for a time and you confirm it. Online booking starts with the Business Showcase.
Where can I put the Book button?
On your page, and anywhere you share its link: your Instagram bio, your Google profile, your email signature, a QR code at your front desk.
Is online booking right for every business?
Not always. If every job needs a quote first, a request form works better. Booking suits work with a set length and price, like a haircut, a lesson or a consultation.
Do I need to sit at a computer to see bookings?
No. Bookings arrive by email, so you see them on your phone like any other message, between clients or on the way to the next job.
What if a client books a time that doesn't work after all?
Reply to them by email or give them a call, the same way you would today. Their contact details come with the booking.
Will online booking replace my phone calls?
Not all of them, and it doesn't need to. Regulars who like to call still can. Booking simply takes the routine "when are you free?" calls off your plate.
