Websites and online booking for beauty and wellness pros

Your clients follow you, not the salon. We build a page with your treatments, your prices and a Book button, so new clients find you and book without a DM. You see a free draft before you pay.

The short answer

What should a beauty or salon website have?

Most new clients find you on Instagram or through a friend, then look for two things: what you do and how to book. If that means sending a DM and waiting, a lot of them never do. Your page gives them the menu, the prices and a Book button, so they can grab a spot at 11 at night when they're finally thinking about it.

It also does the selling your feed can't. Your best work in one place instead of buried under last week's posts. What a first visit is like. How to get ready, and how to look after things afterwards. Clients who know what to expect show up on time and come back.

And it's yours. If you move chairs, switch salons or go out on your own, your page goes with you, and so does the link your regulars already saved.

Before we build it

What goes on your beauty page

Send us your price list and some photos, and we do the rest. Here's what we'll ask about.

  1. Your menu and prices

Every service with a price or a starting price. Nobody likes having to ask.

  2. Your real work

Photos of your clients, with their OK. Good light, no heavy filters. It's what they'll compare you to.

  3. A Book button

Online booking on the Business Showcase. Bookings come to your email, so nobody has to DM you at midnight.

  4. Where you are

The address, parking, which door and which floor. Home studio? Say so, and say what to expect.

  5. Your policies

Deposits, late arrivals, cancellations. Clear rules up front mean fewer awkward conversations.

  6. Before and after care

How to get ready and how to look after the result. Clients love it, and it saves you answering the same five questions.

  7. You

A photo of you and a few lines about how you got into this. People book people.

The salon's website

Before you ask

What beauty pros ask us

Can clients book online?

Yes, on the Business Showcase. They pick a time and the booking comes to you by email. On the Digital Business Card, they send a request and you confirm it.

Can I take deposits to cut down on no-shows?

Payments and deposits through PayPal are in the Video Hub. On the other plans, you can still put your deposit policy right on the page.

I already use a booking app. Can I keep it?

Yes. We can point your Book button at the app you use now. Your page holds everything else: your menu, prices, photos and policies.

Can I show before-and-after photos?

Yes, with your clients' OK. On the Digital Business Card they go in your photo grid. On the Business Showcase you get a full gallery, sorted by service.

What if I change salons?

Your page stays yours. Change the address and that's it. On the Business Showcase you can do it yourself from your phone with the QRaway app.
