Websites, cards and QR codes for the real estate business

Agents, brokers and developers all sell homes, but each sells something different: a person, a place to work, a building that isn't there yet. QRaway builds the page that fits, with a QR code for every sign. You see a free draft before you pay.

The short answer

What does a real estate business need online?

It depends on what you sell. An agent sells themselves: buyers and sellers pick a person they trust, so the page is about your face, your listings, the homes you've sold and the areas you know. That's a page of its own, and we built one for it: websites for realtors and real estate agents.

A brokerage sells two things at once. Buyers want the listings and the team; agents thinking of joining want to know what it's like to work there. A developer sells something that isn't built yet, so the page carries the renderings, the floor plans and a way to register interest long before the keys exist.

What they share is the street. Signs, riders, hoarding and feature sheets are where most people first see you, and a QR code on each one turns a passer-by into a visitor. Brokerages change over a career and projects sell out, but your page, your contacts and your name stay with you.

What goes on your real estate page

Give us your headshot, your listings and your areas. We'll ask about the rest.

  1. A recent headshot

The one on your signs, so people recognise you.

  2. Brokerage and licence details

Your brokerage name and anything your board or regulator says must be on your ads.

  3. Current listings

Photos, price, beds and baths, and a Book a showing button for each.

  4. Open houses

Dates and times, with a QR on the sign so drive-bys can grab the details.

  5. The areas you know

The neighbourhoods you work, with a few honest lines about each. Locals notice when you know the place.

  6. Recent sales

Homes you've sold or helped buy, with your clients' OK.

  7. A home evaluation form

Sellers want to know what their place is worth. It's your best lead form.

Your own page, or just listing portals and your brokerage?

Listing portals and your brokerage do a lot for you. Here's what they don't.

Listing portals

Good forGetting your listings in front of buyers.

Leaves outBuyers are looking at the house, not at you, and other agents can show up right next to your listing.

Your brokerage profile

Good forShowing you're with a known name.

Leaves outOne profile among many, and it stays with the brokerage if you move.

Instagram

Good forShowing homes, neighbourhoods and a bit of your personality.

Leaves outLast month's listing is already buried, and there's no simple way to book a showing.

Where they all point

Your own page

Your listings, your sales, your areas and a way to book, all under your name. Every sign, card and post points here.

From a client

In their own words

I had no website before. Now my site is the first thing I send a new client, and everyone I show it to loves it. It presents my work better than I can in a meeting, and it has already helped me win listings.

Before you ask

What agents ask us

Can I add new listings myself?

On the Business Showcase, yes. Add the photos and details from your phone with the QRaway app. The Digital Business Card has a photo grid for your best homes.

Can one QR code point to my next listing when this one sells?

Yes, if it's one of our codes and you're on the Business Showcase. You change where it points from the app, and the sign stays the same.

Can buyers book a showing online?

On the Business Showcase, yes. They pick a time and you get the booking by email. On the Card, they send a request with the address they're interested in.

Can I send a market update to my clients?

Newsletters and subscriber signup are in the Video Hub. Good for a monthly market update and your new listings.

Can I have video tours of my listings?

Interactive video tours are in the Video Hub. On the Business Showcase you get a video at the top of your home page.

How much is it?

The Digital Business Card is $99 a year, the Business Showcase $299 and the Video Hub $599. The Card and the Showcase start with a free draft, and you pay only if you say yes.
