In a barber shop's week

Where a barber website actually helps

New in town, needs a cut

A new client finds a fade they like

They search for a barber nearby, see your barbers' work and your prices, and book, or know exactly when to walk in.

Three weeks later

Regulars book the next cut from the chair

A QR code on the mirror opens your booking page while the cape is still on.

A wedding morning

Group bookings come through one link

When a groom needs six cuts on the same morning, one link shows your prices and how to book the whole party.

Cuts, barbers and the chair

How your cuts, barbers and booking work on your site

Some clients want the same skin fade every three weeks; some need a beard sorted before a wedding; dads bring the kids on Saturday. They search for it plainly, "barber near me", "skin fade", "beard trim", "hot towel shave", "kids haircut", and a short page for each, with photos and a price, gets them through the door.

Say how your shop works. Walk-ins only, booking only, or both; your busiest hours; when the last cut of the day starts. Nothing loses a client like a locked door or an hour's wait they didn't see coming.

Clients follow a barber, not just a shop. A photo of each barber, the styles they're known for and their best work help a new client pick a chair, and keep regulars with the barber they trust.

The rest is rhythm. A QR code on the mirror and a Book button on every page let regulars lock in the next cut before they've paid, and a short page for groups turns a wedding or a team photo into a full morning.

Your QR codes, included

Put your website where clients sit and wait

3 QR codes in your branding come with your site, ready to print. A phone camera is all anyone needs to open your page from one.

Got a TV on the wall?

Let the TV sell the next cut

Everyone waiting for a chair looks at the screen. Mix your barbers' best fades with your price list and a shout-out for beard trims or hot towel shaves, and the add-ons sell themselves before anyone sits down.

  • Fresh cuts, fades, beards and lineups from your barbers
  • Your price list, big enough to read from the bench
  • The next cut, booked from a QR code on screen

Most smart TVs with a web browser can show it, with no extra box. You change what's on screen from your phone, using the same photos and videos as your site, and a QR code on screen lets people book or save an offer on their own phone.

How it works

Four steps. You only do the first and the last.

  1. Tell us about your business

Your cuts and prices, your barbers, your hours and a few photos of their work.

    A few minutes
  2. We build your free draft

Written the way people search: "skin fade", "barber near me". You get a link to open on your phone.

    About 3 days
  3. You look, we adjust

Not quite right? Tell us what to change, the way you'd tell a friend, and we fix it.

    Up to two rounds
  4. Say yes, or say no

Yes: you pay $299 a year and your site goes live. No: tell us why, and you pay nothing.

What barbers ask us

We book through an app, like Booksy or Square. Can the site use it?

Yes. Every Book button can open your booking app's page, so nothing changes for your clients. No app? Our online booking sends each request to your email.

We're walk-in only. Do we still need this?

Probably more than most. Your hours, your busiest times and your prices on one page save the trip for clients who'd otherwise find a locked door or a long line.

Can each barber have a page?

Yes. A photo, their style and their best work, so clients can follow the barber they like.

Can we post when we're closing early?

Yes, from the app, in a minute. It shows on the front of your page right away.

Can we take group bookings for weddings?

Yes. A short page or a request form for groups lets you plan the morning before it arrives.

Can we show kids' cuts and family times?

Yes. A note about kids' cuts, quieter hours for little ones and what to expect helps parents bring the whole family to you.

What if a full website is more than I need right now?

Then start smaller. The Digital Business Card is a single page with your photo, call and save-contact buttons and a QR code, for $99 a year. When you want more, you move up to a full site.

Can you get me ranked first for "barber near me"?

No one can promise a ranking, and we won't. What we do is build every page so search engines can clearly read what you do, your areas and how to reach you. Your Google listing and reviews do the rest.

What do I pay, and when?

Nothing for the draft. If you say yes, $299 a year from that day. A domain of your own (like yourbarbershop.ca) is bought separately; everything else in the plan is included.

See your barber shop website before you pay anything.
