In a tattoo artist's month

Where a tattoo website actually helps

Planning a first sleeve

A client finds your style

They've been saving fine line pieces on their phone for a year. Your healed work in exactly that style convinces them, and they send placement, size and references.

Flash day announced

Your flash goes from the page

You post the sheet; people pick a design and a time slot, and next time your followers know exactly where to look.

Books open next month

One link answers everything

Instead of the same DM fifty times, you share your link: how to book, the deposit, the minimum and the wait.

Portfolio, flash and booking

Healed work, flash and the rules for getting on your books

Clients come to an artist for a style, not for a shop. Someone after delicate fine line won't book the traditional specialist, and the person planning a Japanese back piece is looking for one very particular hand. Sort your portfolio by the styles you actually want to do, and it brings in those clients and quietly turns away the rest.

Show healed work, not only fresh. Anything looks good under cling film; a healed photo a year later shows your linework holds. Add the placement and size to each piece so people can picture it on their own arm.

Booking rules belong on the page, once. How consultations work, the deposit and what happens to it, your minimum, how long the wait is and when your books open next. The DMs that still arrive come from people who have read it and are ready.

A good request form does the first ten minutes of the consultation: placement, size, colour or black and grey, a few reference images and their availability. You reply with a quote and a date, not ten questions.

Your QR codes, included

Put your website on everything that leaves your shop

Your site comes with 3 branded QR codes, ready for print. Point a phone camera at one and your page opens, no app needed.

Aftercare cardsHealing tips, and the way back for the next piece
Business cardsHanded out at conventions and guest spots
On the counterWalk-ins see today's flash and how to book
Bios and DMsIn your bio, and as a picture card in a chat
Got a TV in the waiting area?

A screen that shows your work while people wait

People waiting for their appointment, or for a friend's, look at the walls anyway. A screen there can rotate healed work by style, today's flash and your next guest artist, next to a QR code to request a booking.

  • Healed work, rotating by style
  • Today's flash, with sizes and prices
  • Guest spots and conventions, dates and how to book

Most smart TVs with a web browser can show it, with no extra box. You change what's on screen from your phone, using the same photos and videos as your site, and a QR code on screen lets people book or save an offer on their own phone.

How it works

Four steps. You only do the first and the last.

  1. Tell us about your business

Your best healed work, the styles you love, your booking rules and a photo of you.

    A few minutes
  2. We build your free draft

Written the way people search: "fine line tattoo artist", "tattoo shop near me". You get a link to open on your phone.

    About 3 days
  3. You look, we adjust

Something off? Point it out in plain words and we adjust the draft.

    Up to two rounds
  4. Say yes, or say no

Yes: you pay $299 a year and your site goes live. No: tell us why, and you pay nothing.

What tattoo artists ask us

Can clients send reference images with a request?

Yes. The request form takes several images, plus placement, size and a few notes.

Can clients pay a deposit online?

Not on this plan. Online deposits through PayPal come with the Video Hub; until then, your site explains how your deposit works.

We're a studio with several artists. Can each one have a page?

Yes, each with their own portfolio, styles and how to book them. Clients often come for one artist.

Can I post flash and mark it as taken?

Yes, from the app. Take a design down the moment it's claimed.

Can the site show healed and fresh photos separately?

Yes, labelled side by side. Healed work is what convinces careful clients.

I do guest spots in other cities. Can those go on the site?

Yes, on a page with the dates and how to book, so followers in that city can grab a slot.

What if a full website is more than I need right now?

Then start smaller. The Digital Business Card is a single page with your photo, call and save-contact buttons and a QR code, for $99 a year. When you want more, you move up to a full site.

Can you get me ranked first for "tattoo shop near me"?

No one can promise a ranking, and we won't. What we do is build every page so search engines can clearly read what you do, your styles and how to reach you. Your Google listing and reviews do the rest.

What do I pay, and when?

Nothing for the draft. If you say yes, $299 a year from that day. A domain of your own (like yourstudio.ink) is bought separately; everything else in the plan is included.

See your tattoo website before you pay anything.
