Hours, always right

Early, late, holidays: the first thing people check.

What's in store

Coffee, snacks, groceries basics, cold drinks, hot food.

Your services

ATM, parcel pickup, bill payments, propane, whatever you offer.

Now hiring

A job page with an application form, straight to your email.

In a corner store's week

Where your own Space actually helps

10 pm, out of milk

A neighbour checks if you're open

It's 10:40 pm and there's no milk. Your Space says you're open until 11, so they walk over instead of driving across town.

A parcel to pick up

People find your services

A parcel notice is stuck on the door. Your list of services shows you're the pickup point two blocks away, and they come in that evening.

You need a new clerk

Applications arrive by email

You share the job page; applicants send their details and availability, and you skip the paper forms.

Hours, services and deals

Open now, close by, and the services people don't know you have

Nobody plans a trip to the corner store. It's 10 pm and there's no milk, or a parcel is waiting, or the bank machine down the street is out of order. In that moment people look for the nearest store that's open, and the one whose hours and address are clear online wins the walk.

Hours matter more than anything. Your regular hours, your holiday hours and any changes, updated yourself from your phone. A neighbour who trusts your Space stops calling and starts walking over.

List what you offer beyond the shelves: coffee and hot food, an ATM, parcel pickup and drop-off, bill payments, propane exchange, phone top-ups. Each service is a reason for someone new to walk in, and most people don't know you have them.

Add a page for this week's deals and one for jobs. Deals bring regulars back; a job page with a short application form means you hire from the people who already shop with you, without a stack of paper forms behind the counter.

Your QR codes, included

Put your Space where your neighbours look

Your Space comes with 3 branded QR codes, ready for print. Point a phone camera at one and your Space opens, nothing to download.

A screen behind the counter?

A screen that sells while people wait to pay

Every customer looks up at the counter while they wait. A screen there can show this week's deals, hot food and coffee specials and the services you offer, and switch to a hiring notice when you need staff.

  • This week's deals, changed from your phone
  • Coffee and hot food, morning and evening specials
  • Your services, ATM, parcels, bill payments

Most smart TVs with a web browser can show it, with no extra box. You change what's on screen from your phone, using the same photos and videos as your site, and a QR code on screen lets people book or save an offer on their own phone.

How it works

Four steps. We do the heavy lifting.

  1. Tell us about your business

Your hours, what you carry, the services you offer and a photo of the store.

    A few minutes
  2. We make your free preview

Written the way people search: "convenience store open now", "corner store near me". You get a link to open on your phone.

    About 3 days
  3. You look, we adjust

Something off? Point it out in plain words and we adjust the preview.

    Up to two rounds
  4. Say yes, or say no

Yes: you pay $299 a year and your Space goes live. No: tell us why, and you pay nothing.

    Your call
Before you say yes

What convenience store owners ask us

Can I change my hours myself?

Yes, from the app, in a minute. Do it before every holiday and your Space is always right.

Can people apply for a job through the site?

Yes. The job page has a short form for their details and availability, and it lands in your email.

Can I post weekly deals?

Yes, from the app, as photos or a short list. Regulars check them; the QR code on receipts brings them back.

We offer parcel pickup and an ATM. Should those be in our Space?

Yes, plainly listed with the hours. Parcel pickup alone brings in people who'd never have stopped otherwise.

Is a Space worth it for a small corner store?

It's how new neighbours learn you're open and what you have. One page with your hours and services already does most of the work.

Can I show hot food and coffee specials?

Yes, on their own page with photos and times, like breakfast sandwiches until 10 or two coffees for the price of one.

Can I start with just a digital card?

You can. Identity Space gives you one screen with everything people need to call you or save your contact, plus a QR code, for $199 a year. All you need is a phone. Move up to a Showcase Space whenever it makes sense.

Does my Space help with Google?

It gives Google something solid to read: a section for each service, your neighbourhood and your contact details, built to load fast on phones. Nobody can promise a position for "convenience store near me", and anyone who does is guessing.

When does billing start, and is anything extra?

Billing starts the day you say yes: $299 a year. Until then you pay nothing. The one extra is your own domain name (like yourstore.ca), bought separately if you want one.
