Is it really free?
Yes. There's no plan, no card and no yearly bill for a memorial. If you'd like to help keep memorials free for other families, you can chip in, but you never have to.
Why is it free?
Because losing someone you love isn't a moment to sell to. We make memorials for free, and anyone who wants to can chip in to keep it that way.
What do you need from me?
A few photos, their name and dates, and whatever you'd like people to know about them. A few sentences are enough. We write it up, and you check every line.
Can the whole family write something?
Yes. Each of you can send a few words, and we put the messages together in the memorial, the way Maxy's family did.
Can I add photos later?
Yes. Send them to us, or add them yourself from your phone with the QRaway app.
Do people need to download anything?
No. The memorial opens from the link or the QR code on any phone, with nothing to install.
Is it only for cats and dogs?
No. Any animal who was part of your family: a horse, a rabbit, a bird, a lizard who lived with you for twenty years.
