In a speaker's season

Where a speaker website actually helps

Three weeks before a conference

An organiser finds your talk

The closing speaker just cancelled. The organiser watches your showreel, reads your topics and sends a date the same afternoon.

The end of your keynote

The room scans your last slide

People in the audience scan the code, and some ask you to speak at their own company before the coffee break is over.

Planning the spring offsite

Companies book workshops

An HR team finds your workshop page, sees the format and the length, and asks for a half day in April.

Talks, showreel and bookings

Your talks, your stage time and your bookings, laid out for planners

Event planners don't book a person; they book a talk that fits their theme, their audience and their afternoon slot. A page for each keynote and workshop, with the title, who it's for, the length and what people walk away with, lets a planner see in a minute that you're the fit.

Show the stage. A two-minute showreel of you in front of a real audience answers the planner's biggest worry, whether you can hold a room, better than any bio. Add the events you've spoken at, with logos where you can, and a few lines from organisers.

Be clear about the practical side: the formats you do, from keynotes to panels and half-day workshops, whether you travel and how far, virtual options, and where your fees start. Planners working to a budget move faster when they don't have to ask.

Give organisers a press page as well: your bio in a short and a long version, good photos and an introduction they can read out. Add an enquiry form for the date, the city, the audience size and the budget, and your reply can be a yes on the spot.

How it works

Four steps. You only do the first and the last.

  1. Tell us about your business

Your topics, a clip of you on stage, past events and a photo of you.

    A few minutes
  2. We build your free draft

Written the way people search: "keynote speaker", "motivational speaker". You get a link to open on your phone.

    About 3 days
  3. You look, we adjust

Something off? Point it out in plain words and we adjust the draft.

    Up to two rounds
  4. Say yes, or say no

Yes: you pay $299 a year and your site goes live. No: tell us why, and you pay nothing.

    Your call
Before you say yes

What speakers ask us

Can I show my showreel?

Yes. It can play at the top of your home page, with longer clips on each talk's page.

Should I put my fees on the site?

At least where they start, or a range by format. Planners with a budget shortlist the speakers who make it easy.

Can organisers get my bio and photos from the site?

Yes, from a press page with your bio and photos, ready for their programme and their posts.

I work with a speaker bureau. Can I still have my own site?

Yes. The site can say how to book you, through your bureau or directly, whichever you prefer.

Can I show where I'm speaking next?

Yes, on an events page with dates and links to tickets, updated yourself from the app.

I've written a book. Can it have a page?

Yes, with the cover, what it's about and buttons to the stores that sell it. Planners often buy copies for attendees.

Can I start with just a digital card?

You can. The Digital Business Card gives you one page with everything people need to call you or save your contact, plus a QR code, for $99 a year. Move up to a full site whenever it makes sense.

Does the site help with Google?

It gives Google something solid to read: a page for each service, your topics and your contact details, built to load fast on phones. Nobody can promise a position for "motivational speaker near me", and anyone who does is guessing.

When does billing start, and is anything extra?

Billing starts the day you approve your draft: $299 a year. Until then you pay nothing. The one extra is your own domain name (like yourname.com), bought separately if you want one.

See your speaker website before you pay anything.
