K&K Consulting (2008) was a full-featured real estate website with search, property catalog, online consultations, reviews, and pioneering video listings — a foundation later evolved into QRaway.
In 2008, we launched the corporate site for K&K Consulting, a real estate agency that wanted more than just a digital business card.
The project became a full-featured real estate platform, combining property search, interactive consultations, and customer communication in one system.
The system was ambitious for its time, offering functionality that went far beyond standard corporate websites:
🏠 Interactive property catalog with real search by parameters like price, district, and property type.
📸 Easy photo uploads for managers, ensuring up-to-date listings.
💬 Mini chat consultations: clients could ask questions, receive replies by email, and keep the full history in their personal account.
📨 Feedback and reviews module, creating a two-way channel between the company and its clients.
🎥 Early experiments with video: an attempt to add richer, more engaging property presentations.
Back in 2008, embedding and scaling video in real estate listings was technically almost impossible. But this project was our first serious attempt.
👉 And while we couldn’t fully realize the idea back then, the concept survived and evolved.
Today, it forms part of QRaway’s DNA: property listings powered by video tours, reels, and QR codes, instantly accessible even on the simplest mobile phones.
What began as an experiment in K&K Consulting now drives one of our most advanced products.
K&K Consulting wasn’t just another real estate site.
It was:
a working tool for the agency (running successfully for 3 years until we rebuilt it again),
and a significant milestone in our journey — showing us that listings should not be static, but rich, interactive, and alive.
👉 The seed planted in 2008 has grown into the video-powered listing engine inside QRaway today.
