Venue searches are full of numbers and feelings: "wedding venue for 150 guests", "barn wedding venue", "corporate event space", "birthday party venue". A section for each space with seated and standing capacity, layouts and real photos lets people imagine their own event, and that's when they ask for a tour.
Most enquiries start with "how much?". Starting prices, what each package includes, what's extra, and the dates or days that cost less save you dozens of emails and bring in couples who already fit your budget.
Show events, not empty rooms. Galleries sorted by type, weddings, corporate dinners, showers and celebrations, with a line about each, are what make a planner add you to the list. Add your preferred vendors and what you allow, catering, music, decor, and you've answered the next round of questions too.
Every event is also a showroom. A QR code on the welcome sign and the table numbers shows guests what else you host and how to ask about their own date, so this Saturday's wedding books next year's.

What event venues ask us
Can couples check availability and pay a deposit online?
Not on this plan. They send their date through a request form and you confirm availability. Online payments and deposits come with the Video Space.
Can we show starting prices without listing everything?
Yes. "Packages from" with what's included and what changes the price is enough for most couples.
Can we list our preferred vendors?
Yes. Caterers, photographers and DJs you trust, with links if they have sites.
Can we post open dates?
Yes, from the app. A cancelled Saturday in June is worth announcing.
We also host corporate events. Can they have their own page?
Yes. Corporate guests want AV, parking and catering details, not floral arches. Each audience gets its own section.
I only need a digital business card. Do you do that?
Yes, that’s Identity Space: one screen with your photo, call and save-contact buttons and a QR code, for $199 a year. All you need is a phone. When you want more, you move up to a Showcase Space.
Can you get me ranked first for "event venue near me"?
No one can promise a ranking, and we won't. What we do is make every section so search engines can clearly read what you do, your location and how to reach you. Your Google listing and reviews do the rest.
What do I pay, and when?
Nothing for the preview. If you say yes, $299 a year from that day. A domain of your own (like yourvenue.ca) is bought separately; everything else in the plan is included.
