Most guests find you through a big booking site, then open a new tab and type your name. That second search, "your hotel name", "boutique hotel downtown", "hotel near the waterfront", is where your own site either wins the booking or sends them back to pay someone else's commission.
Give every room type its own section with real photos, bed sizes, the view and what's in the room. Add the things guests ask before booking: parking, breakfast, pets, accessibility, check-in times. A guest who knows exactly what they're getting books with confidence.
Sell the area, not just the room. A page on what's nearby, the trail, the beach, the restaurant you'd send your own family to, gives people a reason to choose your town and then your door.

Can guests book rooms directly in my Space?
Through your own booking engine, like Cloudbeds or whichever you use: every Book Now button opens it, so availability and payment stay in one system. Without one, room requests come to your email.
Can we show a direct-booking perk?
Yes. Late checkout, breakfast, parking, whatever you offer for booking direct, said plainly in every section.
Can we have a page for weddings and groups?
Yes, with room blocks, how to book them and a request form for the organiser.
Can the QR guest guide be updated?
Yes, from the app. Change breakfast hours or the Wi-Fi password and every room's code shows the new version.
We're a B&B with four rooms. Is this for us?
Yes. A small place can say more about the host, the breakfast and the area, and that's what B&B guests are looking for.
Can I start with just a digital card?
You can. Identity Space gives you one screen with everything people need to call you or save your contact, plus a QR code, for $199 a year. All you need is a phone. Move up to a Showcase Space whenever it makes sense.
Does my Space help with Google?
It gives Google something solid to read: a section for each service, your location and your contact details, built to load fast on phones. Nobody can promise a position for "hotel near me", and anyone who does is guessing.
When does billing start, and is anything extra?
Billing starts the day you say yes: $299 a year. Until then you pay nothing. The one extra is your own domain name (like yourhotel.ca), bought separately if you want one.
