Websites for hotels, motels and campgrounds

Guests want photos, rooms and a clear way to book. We build a page that shows your place well on any phone. You see a free draft before you pay.

What your page shows
  • Rooms or sites, in photos
  • Amenities and location
  • A way to book or enquire
$0 for your draft from $99 a year
The short answer

What should a small hotel or campground website show?

Guests decide with their eyes, then their wallet. They want to see the actual room, the actual site, the view from the window, and know what they're paying and what's included. If your own page shows that better than the booking sites, more of them book with you directly.

Then the practical stuff. Check-in times, parking, pets, Wi-Fi, how far it is to the beach, the trail or downtown. Things guests ask at the front desk anyway, answered before they arrive.

Once they're there, QR codes and a lobby screen keep helping: the Wi-Fi password, checkout time, where to eat, what's on this weekend. One scan or a glance at the screen instead of another phone call to reception.

Professions

Who we build for in hotels and stays

Campgrounds

Campers want to see the sites, know what hookups you have, and whether dogs and campfires are allowed. Your page shows all of it, with a way to request dates.

Hotels

Independent hotels compete with the big booking sites for the same guest. Your page shows your rooms, what's included and what's nearby, and gives guests a direct way to reach you.

Motels

Motel guests are often on the road and deciding tonight. Your page shows the rooms, the rate, parking and pets policy, and one tap to call.

What goes on your accommodation page

Send us your room or site list, your rates and lots of photos. Here's what else we'll ask about.

  1. Every room or site type

With real photos, beds or hookups, and how many people it fits.

  2. Rates

A starting rate per night, and when it changes.

  3. What's included

Breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi, pool, laundry. The small things decide the booking.

  4. Policies

Check-in, check-out, pets, cancellations. Clear rules mean fewer surprises.

  5. What's nearby

Beaches, trails, attractions and restaurants, with how far each one is.

  6. Getting there

Directions, parking and what to do if they arrive late.

  7. A way to check dates

A request form, or a link to the booking system you already use.

Before you ask

What hotels and campgrounds ask us

Can guests book a room on the page?

Your page can link to the booking system you already use, or guests can send a request with their dates. We don't build a room booking engine.

Can I put a guest guide in each room?

Yes. A QR code on a card opens your guest guide: Wi-Fi, checkout, house rules and local tips. On the Business Showcase you can change it yourself.

Can I show information on a lobby TV?

Yes. Screens on any TV with a web browser are part of the Video Hub: weather, local events, your offers, changed from anywhere.

Can my page be in more than one language?

Yes, on the Video Hub. Handy if a lot of your guests come from abroad.

Can I take deposits?

Payments and deposits through PayPal are in the Video Hub.

How much is it?

The Business Showcase is $299 a year and the Video Hub $599. The Digital Business Card, at $99, works for a small place too. The Card and the Showcase start with a free draft.
