The short answer

What should a distributor's or wholesaler's website show?

Trade buyers aren't browsing for fun. A contractor needs a part, a store owner needs a supplier for a new line, a purchasing manager needs three quotes by Friday. They want to see quickly whether you carry it, whether you'll sell to them, and how to get a price.

So your page is built like a good counter: categories that make sense to the trade, the brands you represent, minimum orders and delivery areas spelled out, and a quote form that asks for part numbers and quantities instead of "tell us about your needs".

Spec sheets and catalogues matter more than pretty photos. On the Video Hub you can share them as PDFs, openly or behind a short sign-up form, so you know who's looking.

It isn't an online store, and it doesn't need to be. Most trade sales still close on a quote and a phone call. The page gets you to that call with the right buyer, already knowing what they want.

Professions

Who we build for in b2b and wholesale

Distributors

Distributors win on range and reliability. Your page shows the lines you carry, your delivery area and lead times, and lets buyers send a quote request with part numbers and quantities.

Wholesalers

Wholesale buyers want to know if you'll sell to them and on what terms. Your page shows your categories, minimum orders and who you supply, with a simple way to open an account or ask for a price list.

What goes on your trade page

Send us your categories, your line card and a few photos of the warehouse or showroom. Here's what else we'll ask about.

  1. Categories in trade language

The way your buyers ask for things, not how the accounting system sorts them.

  2. Brands you represent

Logos or names, if your agreements allow it. Buyers search by brand.

  3. Who you sell to

Trade only, or the public too? Minimum orders? Say it up front.

  4. Delivery and pickup

The area you deliver to, lead times and will-call hours.

  5. Spec sheets and catalogues

PDFs people can download. On the Video Hub, behind a sign-up if you want to know who took them.

  6. A real quote form

Part numbers, quantities, delivery address and a place to attach a drawing or a list.

  7. Your people

The rep or the counter staff buyers will deal with. Trade runs on relationships.

QR codes and screens

Where QR codes work for distributors and wholesalers

Every plan comes with your QR code, ready to print. On the Business Showcase, make one per product line or trade show and see which get scanned. Showroom screens are part of the Video Hub.

Where you already are

Your own page, or just a supplier directory and PDFs by email?

A lot of trade business still runs on emailed price lists. Here's where that falls short.

Supplier directories

Good forGetting found by buyers searching for a category.

Leaves outYou're one line among competitors, often with paid placement, and there's no room for your full range.

Emailed PDFs and price lists

Good forSending details to buyers who already know you.

Leaves outOutdated the moment prices change, and new buyers never see them.

Manufacturer dealer locators

Good forBeing listed as a place to buy a brand.

Leaves outOnly for that one brand, and the buyer lands on the manufacturer's site, not yours.

Where they all point

Your own page

Your categories, brands, terms and a real quote form, under your name. Every invoice, rep card and booth sign points here.

Before you ask

What distributors and wholesalers ask us

Is this an online store with ordering?

No. It's a page that brings buyers to you and collects quote requests. We don't build full online shops or connect to ordering systems on these plans.

Can buyers attach drawings or parts lists to a quote?

Yes. The quote form takes files and photos, and everything comes to your email together.

Can I share spec sheets and catalogues?

On the Video Hub, yes: as PDFs, open to everyone or behind a short sign-up form so you know who downloaded them.

Can I show a lot of products?

On the Business Showcase you get as many pages as you need: a page per category, per line or per product. You add new ones from your phone with the QRaway app.

Can the page be in French or Spanish too?

Yes, on the Video Hub. Each language gets its own pages, so buyers searching in either language find you.

Can I put a screen in our showroom?

Yes. Video walls on any TV with a web browser are part of the Video Hub: new lines, promotions and how-to videos, changed from anywhere.

How much is it?

The Business Showcase is $299 a year and the Video Hub, with documents, languages and screens, $599. The Showcase starts with a free draft; for the Hub, we talk first.
