Websites for gyms, trainers and studios

People want to know what a class or a session is like before they show up. We build a page with your classes, your coaching and a simple way to sign up or book. You see a free draft before you pay.

What your page shows

The short answer

What should a gym or personal trainer website show?

Walking into a new gym or class is a bit scary. People want to know what they're getting into before they show up: who's there, how hard it is, what to bring, and whether they'll be the only beginner. Your page answers that so the first visit feels like the second.

Then make starting easy. Your schedule, your prices or at least where they start, and one clear way to try it: book a session, grab a trial class or ask a question. The fewer steps between "maybe" and "I'm in", the more people show up.

Your Instagram shows the energy. Your page closes the deal.

Before we build it

What goes on your fitness page

Send us your schedule, your prices and some photos of the space. Here's what else we'll ask.

  1. What it's like

A few honest lines and photos of a real class or session. Real people, not models.

  2. Who it's for

Beginners welcome? Strength athletes? Seniors? Say who fits best.

  3. Your schedule

Classes, times and levels. Easy to read on a phone.

  4. Prices

Drop-in, packs, memberships. If prices vary, give a starting point.

  5. Your coaches

Photos, a line about each one and what they're good at.

  6. What to bring

Shoes, mat, water, towel. Small things that make first-timers feel ready.

  7. One way to start

Book a session, a trial or a tour. Pick one and make it big.

Google Business Profile

Good forShowing up when people search for a gym nearby.

Before you ask

What gyms and trainers ask us

Can people book a session online?

On the Business Showcase, yes. They pick a time and the booking lands in your email. On the Digital Business Card, they send a request and you confirm it.

Can I run classes with a limit on spots?

Events with registration and a cap on places are in the Video Hub. People sign up, and you see who's coming.

Can I take payment for memberships or packs?

Payments through PayPal are in the Video Hub. On the other plans, your prices are on the page and you take payment the way you do now.

I already use a booking app. Can I keep it?

Yes. We can link your Book button to the app you use. Your page does the explaining; the app does the scheduling.

Can I show workout videos?

On the Business Showcase, a video plays at the top of your home page. The Video Hub adds a video blog for more.

How much is it?

The Digital Business Card is $99 a year, the Business Showcase $299 and the Video Hub $599. The Card and the Showcase start with a free draft, so you see it before you pay.
