The online portal of Tuning Cars Magazine (2011) — full digital archive, subscription system with online payments, social features, and editorial workflow on Deridex Core, built in partnership with Tchernov Audio.
By 2011, Tuning Cars Magazine — the most popular and longest-running tuning magazine in Russia — decided it was time to move online.
Our task: build a digital platform that would carry the magazine’s authority into the internet age.
📖 Full digital archive — every past issue available in PDF for download.
📰 Editorial publishing system — staff could post news, articles, and exclusive web-only content directly via our CMS.
📷 Photo & video libraries — not just illustrations, but a proper media bank.
💳 Online subscription with payments — readers could subscribe and pay directly through the site.
💬 Social integration — login and comments tied into Facebook and VK, boosting discussion around articles.
🔗 Forum connection — linked with the Tuning Cars community forum for seamless cross-traffic.
This wasn’t “just a site.”
✅ It was the digital transformation of a print magazine, bringing decades of content into the web.
✅ It empowered the editorial team to run digital-first publishing, not just rely on print cycles.
✅ It proved the strength of the Deridex Core for media and subscription platforms, supporting large archives and real-time payments.
🤝 And it worked because of partnership: the project was part of a joint effort with Tchernov Audio, whose ecosystem gave the magazine a powerful distribution channel and direct ties to an engaged audience.
👉 Tuning Cars Magazine (2011) became a milestone in how traditional media embraced digital — and how business partnerships turned print into a thriving online platform.
