Brochures and documents, one tap away
Share brochures, price lists, manuals and guides from your page. Put them behind a short sign-up form when you want to know who downloaded them. Part of the Video Hub plan.
- PDFs and brochures on your page
- A sign-up form before download, if you like
- One QR code to the right file
How do you share brochures and documents online?
Most businesses have documents people ask for: a brochure, a price list, a menu for events, a product manual, a guide for new clients, a form to fill in before the first visit. They usually live in an email folder, and you send them one by one every time someone asks.
Putting them on your page changes that. Each document is one tap away on a phone, the latest version is always the one people get, and you stop digging through old emails to find the file.
Some documents are worth more than a click. A buyer's guide, a detailed price list or a planning kit is something people will happily trade their email for. With a short sign-up form before the download, you know who's interested and you can follow up.
QR codes make documents physical. A code on the product box opens the manual, a code at the booth opens the brochure, a code on the waiting room wall opens the intake form. When the file changes, the code can stay the same.
Documents and sign-up downloads come with the Video Hub plan, alongside newsletters, so the people who download your guide can also hear from you again.

Questions about sharing documents
What kinds of documents can I share?
PDFs mostly: brochures, price lists, guides, manuals, forms and information packages.
Can I ask for an email before someone downloads?
Yes. Put a short sign-up form in front of any document, and you'll know who asked for it.
Can some documents be open to everyone?
Yes. You choose for each document: open for anyone, or behind a sign-up.
How do I update a document?
Replace the file, and everyone gets the new version from the same place. Your QRaway codes can keep pointing to it.
Can a QR code open one specific document?
Yes. A code on the box, the booth or the wall can open the exact file people need.
Do people need an account to download?
No. They tap and open, or fill in the short sign-up form if you've put one in front.
Can people who download a guide get my newsletter?
If they agree to it, yes. Newsletters come with the same Video Hub plan.
Can I share documents on the Business Showcase?
Shared documents and sign-up downloads come with the Video Hub. The Business Showcase has request forms with file upload, so clients can send files to you.
Is this good for intake forms?
Yes. Share the form before the first visit, so the appointment starts with the work, not the paperwork.
Will documents open on a phone?
Yes. People tap the document on your page and it opens on their phone, the same as any PDF.
Can I share a document only with certain clients?
Put it behind the sign-up form and send the link to the people who need it. Tell us if you need something stricter, and we'll talk it through.
