Exchange Service (2001) was our first test project built with ASP (.NET). Although it never moved beyond a demo, it provided valuable experience with Microsoft’s web programming system.
In 2001, we experimented with Exchange Service, a prototype for an online money exchange point.
The project was commissioned as a test build, with the unusual requirement that it be developed on ASP (.NET) — Microsoft’s web programming system, new at the time.

While Exchange Service did not go into production, it became an important learning milestone.
The project gave us hands-on experience with ASP (.NET) in its early 2001 version — knowledge that remains useful today when discussing technology choices with clients.
👉 On this project we ended our experiments with ASP, and never returned to the platform again.
