In 2009 we built the Russian corporate portal for Exact Group, including a custom task tracker, document exchange, and full employee access — designed to be “better than HQ.”
In 2009, we developed the Russian corporate site for Exact Group.
The client set us a very clear challenge: make it better than the parent company’s own website.
We delivered a corporate portal with a full internal section, combining external presentation with internal tools for employees.
🎨 Design-first approach: the Russian site had to look better than HQ — and it did.
🧑💼 Full employee access with authorization, opening private company sections.
🗂️ Custom task tracker — our own lightweight system for assigning and tracking tasks, years before Kanban boards became mainstream.
📂 Document exchange, allowing employees to upload and download internal files.
🔄 Powered by our Deridex Core, extended with modules adapted to Exact’s needs.
For us, the Exact Group project was a proof point:
✅ Even international brands trusted our Core.
✅ We could extend a standard corporate site with internal portal functionality.
✅ And most importantly — we met the client’s requirement to build something “better than HQ.”
👉 The Russian Exact Group site may not have lasted long after the branch was closed, but the project itself remains a solid example of how we matched international expectations — and even raised the bar.
